No weight limit
$30 monthly pet rent per pet
One-time pet fee of $400 per pet.

Restricted Breeds: Chow, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Akita, Great Dane, Doberman, German Shepard,Dalmatian, Bernese Mountain Dog, Bedlington Terrier, Saluki, Wimaraner, Malamute, Pitt Bull (or American Staffordshire Terrier).

Support animals are welcome at our community; however, they must be properly documented and registered with management prior to being allowed on the property.

Please note: No pet fees or pet rent are charged for approved support animals.
